About Hall County Adventure Boot Camp

What is it?
Hall County Adventure Boot Camp is a three to four-week program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through safe, fun, effective outdoor exercise instruction and motivational training provided by certified personal trainer Johnny Reed. Adventure Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!

Where and when will the camp be held?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM at

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will both inspire and be inspired by others.

 

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercise types include: core conditioning, short distance running, functional training, cardiovascular exercise, muscular strengthening, ab work, lunges, push-ups, jumping rope, circuit training, interval training, hiking, obstacle courses, stretching, surprises, and more!

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet four days per week for one hour during the program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and an exercise mat (You can get both of these at any local Target, Wal-Mart or K-Mart type store). You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Running shoes are also required. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layers and even if it is chilly don’t worry you will get warm very fast! And always bring a good attitude!

So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your certificate of completion that you'll want to show your friends and family!

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $240 for 16 hours of instruction. Three-week camps have a registration fee of $180. That's just $15.00 per hour. Where else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers typically charge between $35 and $120 per hour for their services. Adventure Boot Camp is a great opportunity to receive quality fitness instruction from a certified personal fitness trainer… for just a fraction of the cost!
