3. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. The actual measurements (number of inches) don't matter. They are strictly to allow for a post-camp comparison so that you can see how much you improve. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. 4. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the specific numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a significant reduction in your body fat percentage over the four weeks! 5. You will receive your Welcome Packet and Boot Camp T-shirt. (One per person) 6. See you at camp! What do I need to bring to camp? Will I be sore sometimes? What kinds of people go to camp? Is there a refund policy? What is a typical day like at camp? What will I do after camp is over? Space is limited! |
